History
Percipience Hearken was founded in 2020 by Marc Mendez, a highly experienced IT executive with a wealth of knowledge in Infrastructure, IT Security, Solutions Architecture, and Cloud Operations. From its outset as an independent consultancy that helps clients optimize their IT strategy and operations, Percipience Hearken has steadily grown in size and scope. In 2022, Marc Mendez decided to restructure Percipience Hearken as a social enterprise geared towards positively impacting society. A portion of profits from the company’s core practice would be directed towards its three-pronged mission:
- empower non-profit organizations and SMEs with discounted IT resources;
- provide economically challenged individuals with potential opportunities for a career in IT;
- provide people with a living wage through Percipience Hearken or the efficiencies gained by NPOs and SMEs.
Today, Percipience Hearken continues to serve both corporate and social objectives, leveraging its IT strategy and operations expertise to help clients achieve their goals while making a meaningful contribution to society.
